One great way to give your house some more curb appeal without adding more to your home's maintenance cost is to add some features to your back yard. You've already got a patio, but other than that, it seems like for the most part, your back yard is pretty bland. Dropping in a few great features here and there can not only make it seem more friendly, but can increase the value of the house in the buyer's eyes.

Nice post! It's surprising to see how much of a difference in your home value having a nice backyard can make. I have been looking into South Carolina real estate options that have a nice backyard mainly for my kids to play in. Having it add value to my home is definitely still a bonus though!
